The annual charity event, Walk for a Million, will be held online this year on 13 December (Sunday). You are welcome to join the UM team through either of the following ways.

1. Via WeChat App ‘Online Walk for a Million’

• • • • Scan the QR code on the poster on or before 23:59 of 11 December to join the online Walk for a Million, or
      • Search for the WeChat APP ‘Online Walk for a Million’ , and type in the code for the UM Team, ‘KYLJLSX’

  

2. Enable WeRun for Step CountingParticipants should enable WeRun before 13 December for step counting on the day of the walk (This can be done repeatedly without affecting the original number of steps on WeRun)

You are welcome to invite your family and friends to join us by sharing the UM poster with them. Upon successful registration, you will receive an electronic walking certificate. Individuals who complete 6,000 steps or more and organisations who compete 1 million steps or more, during the day of the walk, will receive an electronic certificate in recognition of their participation in this charity event.

For students:
If students walk over 6000 steps for the online walk for a million under the group of “University of Macau”, students can get one Smart Point and 35 Citizenship with Global Perspectives CS points after they submit the online walk electronic certificate on e-form: https://go.um.edu.mo/n8nsam36 before 16 December (Wednesday).
