Where can you hear great speeches? Where can you get in touch with speakers on the stage? The answers of these two questions seem invisible, but here in the Public Speaking Team, you can find the answers!
Public speaking, literally, is “to speak to the public”. Before delivering the speech, speakers will write their own scripts. Once the script is finalized, they have to start practicing. The practice includes paying attention to eye contact, body language and the speed of speaking. It also contains the training of impromptu speech, which enables speakers to think quickly and logically.
Courage is required for speakers to present the speech to the audience. They have to be confident in themselves. The coaches from the ELC provide positive and constructive feedback that helps to develop speakers.
