TSAI, Cheng-Yu Edwin
Introduction
Edwin Tsai is an Assistant Professor of Linguistics. Before joining the University of Macau in June 2022, he served as a College Fellow in the Department of Linguistics at Harvard University (2015-2016) and an Assistant Professor in the Department of Linguistics and Translation at City University of Hong Kong (2016-2022).

Research Interests
The syntax, semantics and pragmatics of quantification, focus, polarity-sensitive items, scope ambiguity, (wh-)indefinites, and predicate doubling.
