Macau is a fast-paced city. Work and study are overwhelming which make us feel stress out and hectic.  If we can’t find a way to release our stress, that may affect our physical and mental health!

Art is the best remedy for stress. Through this workshop, students shared their worries while others gave them feedback. Step by step, they transformed their abstract ideas into a concrete picture. Everyone can be an artist! Even though their work may not be perfect, they enjoyed a great time. Stress became their motivation to achieve a higher goal in their university life!
