Dear students,

Welcome to the new academic year!

The English Writing and Communication Centre (EWCC) has released new one-on-one consultation slots. Starting from January 13th to May 5th, you can meet with our tutors, practice English and improve your academic skills!

You can book up to two consultations per week, and choose to meet either face-to-face or online. Each consultation will last 60 minutes. Topics may include, , but are not limited to:

  • Practice English speaking
  • Quick check of drafts and structuring ideas
  • Brainstorming
  • Personal statement and CV formatting
  • Discussing your academic concerns

Don’t miss out on this FREE UM service to refine your academic writing and speaking skills, as well as improve your assignments.

  • Location: E7-1022 or Online
  • Dates: January 13th – May 5th
  • Frequency: Maximum of 2 times a week
  • Sessions: Up to 60 minutes per session, book on UMMoodle, first-come first-served
