澳大沈友友教授榮獲第十八屆中華圖書特殊貢獻獎
6月17日，第十八屆中華圖書特殊貢獻獎頒獎儀式於北京釣魚台國賓館舉行，來自12個國家的16位翻譯家、出版家和作家獲獎。 其中，澳门大学教授沈友友（Giorgio Sinedino）憑藉在中華文化國際傳播領域的卓越貢獻獲此殊榮，並作為獲獎者代表發言，分享其在跨文化傳播道路上的深厚感悟與不懈追求。
沈友友2005年來華，2013年移居澳門，現任澳門大學人文學院葡語系助理教授。他精研儒釋道經典，多年來，在不同的工作崗位中以不同的方式為中華傳統文化走出去默默耕耘，為增進國際社會對中國文化的認識和理解、促進文明交流互鑒作出了傑出貢獻。
中華圖書特殊貢獻獎是中國出版界面向海外的最高獎項，主要表彰在向海外介紹中國文化、促進中外文明交流互鑒等方面作出突出貢獻的外籍翻譯家、出版家和作家。 於2005年設立，此前已舉辦17屆，表彰有63個國家和地區的203位獲獎人。
Professor da UM Giorgio Sinedino distinguido com o 18º Special Book Award of China
Devido aos seus importantes contributos para a transmissão da cultura chinesa no estrangeiro, o professor da Universidade de Macau Giorgio Sinedino foi um dos agraciados com o 18º Special Book Awards of China, o mais importante prémio no campo das publicações oferecida pelo governo chinês. Ao todo, 16 tradutores, autores e editores oriundos de 12 países receberam o galardão numa cerimónia realizada no dia 17 de Junho na Casa de Hóspedes de Estado Diaoyutai. Em suas palavras de agradecimento, Sinedino partilhou impressões sobre sua trajectória no intercâmbio cultural entre a China e os países de língua portuguesa, reiterando o seu empenho em dar continuidade a tal trabalho.
Sinedino chegou à China em 2005, tendo fixado residência em Macau desde 2013. Actualmente, ele é professor assistente na Faculdade de Letras do Departamento de Português da Universidade de Macau. Nas diversas instituições por que passou, empenhou-se consistentemente para a divulgação da cultura chinesa tradicional, promovendo o conhecimento e compreensão desse legado no exterior e fomentando o diálogo e troca de experiências entre a China e outras civilizações.
O Special Book Award of China é o mais importante prémio da China oferecido a estrangeiros no campo das publicações. Em particular, honra tradutores, autores e editores que realizaram contributos expressivos para a promoção da cultura chinesa no exterior, fomentando o diálogo e troca de experiências entre a China e outras civilizações. Criado em 2005, já foram realizadas dezassete edições do prémio, com 203 agraciados provenientes de 63 países e regiões.
UM Professor Giorgio Sinedino honored with the 18th Special Book Award of China
Given his important contributions to the transmission of Chinese culture abroad, University of Macau professor Giorgio Sinedino was one of the recipients of the 18th Special Book Awards of China. It is the most important prize conferred by the Chinese Government in the field of publications. A total of 16 translators, authors and editors hailing from 12 countries received the award this year. The ceremony was held on June 17th at Diaoyutai State Guesthouse. In his acceptance speech, Sinedino shared impressions about his role in the cultural exchanges between China and Portuguese-speaking countries and reiterated his commitment to persevere further.
Sinedino arrived in China in 2005 and has been based in Macau since 2013. He is currently assistant professor at the Department of Portuguese of the Faculty of Arts and Humanities of the University of Macau. In the different institutions he has been affiliated with, he has strived constantly to transmit Chinese traditional culture, to promote the knowledge and understanding of its legacy abroad and to foster dialog and interchanges between China and other civilizations.
The Special Book Award of China is the most important prized awarded to foreigners by the National Administration of Press and Publications in the field of publications. Specifically, it honors translators, authors and editors who have made expressive contributions to the promotion of Chinese culture abroad, fostering dialogue and exchanges between China and other civilizations. Since its creation in 2005, there have been 17 editions of the prize, with 203 awardees from 63 countries and regions.
