ELC Student Activity – Spring 2021 EWCC Academic Workshop: How to Cite in APA Format
On March 10, the English Writing and Communication Centre (EWCC) successfully held an academic workshop: “How to Cite in APA Format”. The speaker, Regina Zeng, one of the EWCC consultants, shared a lot of helpful and constructive tips about how to format academic writing in correct APA style. Students practiced identifying and using quoting and paraphrasing in APA style. Furthermore, they enhanced APA referencing skills by doing exercises with immediate feedback. The students actively raised questions and gave positive feedback on the workshop. Please stay tuned for the upcoming academic workshops by EWCC this semester.
