Introduction:

  • The Chinese-Portuguese Bilingual Teaching and Training Centre (CPC) of the Department of Portuguese of the University of Macau and the Macao Trade and Investment Promotion Institute (IPIM) jointly organized a sharing session on doing business in Portuguese-speaking countries. This event will invite representatives from the enterprises who are currently doing businesses in the Portuguese-speaking countries, to share their insights on Macau’s advantages as a “China-Portuguese platform”, and their experiences in investing in the Portuguese-speaking countries etc.

  • Mr. Benson Lau: President of the Macao Trade and Investment Promotion Institute (IPIM)
  • Mr. Sam Zhong: General Manager of the People and Winds Company Limited; Chairman of Commercial Association of Zhuhai-Macao Cross-Border Import, Export and Retail Industry
  • Mr. Cai Chunyan: Vice-President of the Bank of China Macau Branch

Important Notes on Smart Points Scheme:
1. Students who registered to the event, attend the WHOLE activity AND arrive ON TIME will be given 0.5 Smart Point and 10 CS;
2. Students who arrive late or leave early within 10 minutes will be given only half a Smart Point;
3. Students who arrive late or leave early over 10 minutes will NOT be given any Smart Point;
4. Students who leave the venue during the activity for over 15 minutes will NOT be given any Smart Point; and
5. CPC reserves the right to make the final decision, in case of any disputes on the awarding of Smart Point(s).
