Description: This workshop aims to help you write effective business emails in English. In this workshop, you will learn some basic grammar and vocabulary skills for email writing and also improve your cross-cultural knowledge which will help you become more powerful and successful in your business communication. We will look at different email formats to analyze tone, formality levels, and various organizational styles.

Specific topics include: writing email introductions, announcements, requests and apology.
