*Applicants should submit the application form with valid reason and supporting document(s) to FAH General Office (E21A-4092).
Student should notify instructor on the exam date (either by email or other means) of his/her absence from the exam with solid reason and seek instructor’s approval for taking supplementary exam;
After instructor’s approval, student should submit the application form with supporting document(s) to FAH General Office (E21A-4092) within seven working days from the date on which the examination is held.
Supplementary Examination Fee
MOP 165 per subject
* Administrative fee will be charged for the supplementary examination and no action will be taken to update the student record if payment is not settled.
